Since I painted the Living Room, it still seemed dark to me...especially my bookcase.
Dark walls, dark couch, dark accessories...I wanted to see a POP of white. There are touches here and there, but not quite.
Out came the craft paint and transformed this...

I finally got that Pop!!
I turned the books around and added the sheet music vase. It brightened up that dark room so much and was super easy to do!

ReplyDeletethat looks great! i thought you were going to paint your hutch when you said you needed it to feel brighter, but i am pleasantly surprised that you painted the items instead. pop of color is right, and good thinking this way! love it!
